We developed a powerful and future-proof multisite portal with 19 modern, independent websites for the police union. The platform is based on Pimcore and impresses with its clear, powerful design, outstanding performance, and intuitive user guidance for members and editorial teams. The new platform strengthens digital member communication through targeted content, a secure login area, and modern design. At the same time, the (often volunteer) editorial teams in the regional districts benefit from an easy-to-use CMS that is supported by context-sensitive help, a comprehensive online manual, and editorial best practices, without restricting the flexibility of experienced users.
Storytelling made easy – with integrated sharing logic across all websites
We optimized important functions such as creating story reports so that editors can publish content with minimal effort and maximum impact—consistently and visually appealing, even with limited image material.
Despite the independence of the 19 websites, a cleverly implemented sharing function allows editorial collaboration across district boundaries. Content can be shared, subscribed to, and specifically integrated into other websites according to the push-pull principle—without any access to external editorial areas.
