Rollout of B2B platform for the Asian market

We adapted Gebr. Heinemann's existing B2B portal for the Asian market and developed a second, region-specific instance. The goal was to provide a user-friendly platform for local suppliers in order to increase market penetration and digitize business processes in the region.

Gebr. Heinemann, a leading retailer and distributor in travel retail, relies on digital innovations to strengthen its global presence. In just four months, our SAP experts rolled out the B2B platform for the Asian region, tailored to the specific requirements and needs of this region. The main task was to expand the existing B2B portal to include a second instance that takes into account regional characteristics and supplier requirements. The goal was to provide local partners with an efficient, user-friendly platform to digitize business processes and increase market penetration in the Asia-Pacific region. With this project, Gebr. Heinemann has taken an important step toward strengthening its operational efficiency and optimizing cooperation with its suppliers.

    Implementation of the planned adjustments by hybrid, agile teams in close cooperation with all project participants.

  6. Quality assurance

    Conducting extensive testing to ensure the functionality, stability, and user-friendliness of the platform.

  7. Go-Live

    Successful launch of the platform, complemented by comprehensive training for end users to ensure optimal use.
